These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RoomWorksAI (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

RoomWorksAI provides AI-assisted workflows for generating and transforming text, images, and deliverables (including exports such as PDF/DOCX). The Platform may offer multiple modes of operation and multiple Rooms. Features may vary by plan.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you subscribe, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Prices may change in the future. If you have a Founder or Beta price, it may be a limited-time offer, and future pricing may differ.
To protect service quality and ensure fair use, plans include usage limits (for example: monthly quotas, credits, export credits, image credits, and/or other meters). These limits may apply across Rooms as a shared wallet.
We may provide usage warnings (for example around 80% and 90%), apply throttling near limits, and stop usage at 100% until your cycle resets or you purchase an add-on (if available).
Exports may have weighted cost rules (for example: PDF may consume more credits than DOCX). The Platform will display or describe how credits are consumed.
Add-on credits (if offered) may have validity periods and may be shared within an organization workspace.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected abuse.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (“Inputs”) and the content you generate (“Outputs”), to the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights.
You grant us a limited license to process Inputs and Outputs solely to provide and improve the Platform’s functionality, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Inputs do not violate laws or rights and that you have permission to upload them.
AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. RoomWorksAI does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for deciding whether human review is appropriate, especially in high-stakes scenarios.
If the Platform is marked as “Private Beta,” you acknowledge that:
The Platform may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, AI model providers). Your use may be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or failures outside our reasonable control.
We own the Platform, including its software, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform except as explicitly allowed by these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or abused the Platform. We may also suspend for security reasons or legal compliance.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and can cancel your subscription as described above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or complete.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the fullest extent allowed.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Mountain Group LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may have mandatory rights under local law that are not affected by this clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
